The reason Americans like Hannan is because he's the most profoundly eloquent Jeffersonian since Jefferson himself.

He obviously has the same classical (not government) education and ideology as Jefferson because he's quoting the same authors and texts and events to make exactly the same arguments.

I can see why Americans don't understand Ron Paul and Judge Napolitano quite yet, but Hannan is just so devastatingly accurate in his judgement, I don't understand how they can't understand.

Daniel Hannan is a superstar, attention grabbing is a compliment, and not one person in the audience has the figurative sack to voice dissent... Not a pretty scene, especially in times like these.

And a small minority of the "Fox viewers" can recognize insults in many accents and digitize their dissent in compound-complex grammatical structure. A shame, Mr. Hannan had me believing the British were intelligent.

You did not just bring up WHO health rankings. Firstly, they haven't done rankings for nearly a decade and secondly they were complete BS; using life expectancy rates that are affected by numerous cultural differences (diet, gun crime etc) and other nonsense.

Hannan talked about the problems the NHS clearly has and advised a different type of reform for the U.S than a single payer system. What's wrong with that?

There's nothing wrong with saying the NHS has problems, but smearing a much supported national institution in a foreign country as part of a propaganda piece on the Republican News Network is not going to go down well with many.
