I love how everyone here refers to her as Ella. Sometimes when talking to friends I say that I love to sing with Ella, and they all look at me confused (because they think that this means that I know her personally or something) But I feel I DO, because her music is so connectable! I've heard that Ella Fitzgerald had a hard time finding her place as a singer because she wasn't physically attractive.
