  • i love this guy

  • Sounds like an English guy raised in lousiana

  • Lol his assent is kinda suspect

  • frojen spinech.....

  • @bobolink222 very suspect lol

  • woah!.......his head just popped out DAMN!!!!

  • I am love it! Thanks.

  • FINALLY somebody who makes a roux instead of cream cheese, sour cream an other mess!

  • he is one of the BEST chefs in S Fla! I have followed him for years! he has a cooking school in Ft Lauderdale!

  • @lohoch1 You fucking lie.... >..>

    *Runs to Ft. Lauderdale*

    :D

  • It's too hot to serve as a dip...but he'll eat it anyway. Great!

  • Fantastisch und schmeckt gut.

  • Love this dip...thx!!!

  • Dude. Breath ...

  • I tried to make Spinach Artichoke Dip once before from another recipe (using sour cream and Philadelphia Cream Cheese, which you bake instead of cooking on the stove as this recipe) and it was a DISASTER!

Chef Jean Pierre, I can not thank you enough! This way of making it is PERFECT - just like many of my favorite restaurants make it. Delicious!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  • "MM, YES, MM! I LAHVE IT!" hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha :D think about it for a second.

  • The recipe is located at Robbie Haf . com

  • Actually, this recipe is very close to a restaraunt that I used to go to all the time; Houston's in Fort Lauderdale. I found the recipe on line from a gal who has a copy cat recipe, I've made several times over, doubled the amount for parties etc. If you add garlic when you add onion it gives it more flavor. Also the cheese is pricey so i used Kraft Shredded Ramano, Parm&Asgio cheese - its just as good.

  • this guy is funny

  • I love his accent, and he is so funny. I am gonna try this tonight

  • I love this stuff...Great vid!!!

  • i really wish you put the recipe here with the exact measurements!

  • He's good.

  • Why is he talking like that?

  • @brettsomers i bet you he is from devon or something.

  • ohhhh

  • this guy's awesome lol

  • I want to make this, but i dk how much of each ingredient???....Does anyone know??

  • That look`s delicious and you make me laugh. Thank you very much for posting! =)

  • lol he is so funny

  • awesome recipe. just made it works great

  • Does he have the actual recipe posted anywhere?

  • "I love it as a dip, or I love it as a vegetable" Classic

  • @peteymcthompson how do i get the exact reciepe

  • "You may want to wait a second or two to warm up..."

    wait...what?

  • I love his enthusiasm in his speaking.

  • Exactly! I used to think food was just fuel, but thanks to youtube I've beome so passionate about it, and beginning to experiment with flavours etc (Although admittedly some combinations I've made are awful!)

  • I swear there is so much foodie stuff and detailed cooking instruction out there on youtube culinary schools might be a waste of money.

  • The way he pronounce 'onions' is just hilarious. Hhaha

  • HI DIEEEEERE!!!!

  • HAHAHA XD

  • i luv spinach-artichoke dip...so creamy n delish! He made it look so simple--thnx chef!

  • But it is so simple.

  • yea...it is simple...i found it sooo simple only after watching this video..i used to think its a complicated dip with loads of unknown ingrediants...heh!

  • I swear you need your own show on the food network.

Oh and I suggest you put a measurement list of all the ingredients in your description. I am lost as to how much heavy cream, spinach, or even salt was added in.

  • he dont need tv show he have his own web and every body know him

  • "HI there!"

    love.

  • Man this guy just keeps adding stuff...from 1:20 to 1:45, its so complicated to make a simple dip. Looks good though.

  • salt, pepper, spinach and artichoke..if that's too hard to remember then I'm hopeless

  • they obviously wanted to do the actual video in one take. that roux should cook for 10 minutes (think he says that). you'll taste raw flour if you don't cook the roux completely.

  • Since I'm not much of a cook, measurements would have been useful.

  • hahaahahaha I LOVE THIS GUY!!!!!!!!!!

  • ME TOOOOOO!! ♥

Oniah = Onion with his accent

I was like, "wtf is he saying!?... oh onion" lmfao. awesome! I love it! lol

    hahahahaha :P

  • amazing!

he works fast and he's always moving quickly

unlike these wannabe videos posted by users that barely know what they're doing

  • Mise En Place is everything!!!! hahahaha

  • damn that dip looked good

  • Hi JP I worked for you at the Left Bank Restauarant remember me RUDY

  • butter + heavy cream + parmasian cheese + cheese + cheese + cheese + tortilla chips... omg a lot of calories!

  • at 1:39 what did he but ???

  • damn the beginning scared the hell out of me!

  • lmao thats hella funny

  • looks awsm

  • sweet ONIO!

  • This guy ownz over all the tv chefs! why has a major network not picked him up

  • where can I get this recipe? I'm brand new to using u tube videos, so not sure how to do this.

  • i just jumped as well.. haha

  • haha me to it scared me!

  • oh baby! we gonna eat goood tonight!

  • where can i get the recipe?

  • Fantastique ! And his classes are even better!

  • he has classes?

  • I love how he keeps saying he serves it as a side vegetable. It's mostly cheese and butter and cream!! (Not that I'd complain!) lol

  • Wow wow looks good!!! I'm going to try it now!

  • OMG I so know whats on my next shopping list!

    :D scrumptious!

  • Does anyone know what the measurements are?

  • Some and a little appearently....

  • Thank-You Chef. Very informative. Keep them coming.

  • Thanks, chef! Wonderful recipies!

  • do you cut the spinach or just leave it like that?

  • It looks like he didn't cut it but I'm sure you could give the spinach a rough chop if you wanted smaller leaves. Might not be a bad idea for dip. Regardless it looks great! The kind of thing that people who think they hate spinach could try :-).

  • You're fast becoming my favorite chef ever! Thanks so much for your videos!

  • Same here, amazing!

  • Yummy! I love it too!

Thanks for all the wonderful videos!

  • great awesome videos. thank u chef
