I've had this on my index finger and did the same thing (popped it with a sterile needle) before my sister told me it's herpes whitlow. Google it, but basically, it's a form of the herpes simplex virus, HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS, and painful as hell. When mine was open, I must have swiped at my nose or something, cuz now I have one right on the inside of my nostril on top. I'm now taking Valtrex to be rid of it, but you should definitely get treatment and a med. Don't touch it and wash your hands!!
That looked very painful.I used to get them when I was little,always playing in the dirt.I remember the pain when m dad squeezed them and all the green pus going in the sink.I sympathize with you.
