Alternative is In Thailand the scene on the island is a fucking gong show full of backpackers climbing palm trees and falling hard like coconuts.... to Bad So Sad!

i love goa..i think it is one of the best places in india...cool, relaxed atmosphere, good friendly people..not to forget the awesome food!!!i recommend a restaurant called "antique mardol" which is on the highway between panjim and margaon. the food is just just awesome..goa is paradise!!!

Your having a laugh! the place is a shit hole! Was there for 5 weeks in jan 2007. I was constantly pestered from beggers for money and to buy junk from shops i dont need. Beat up for my phone and as for the food, i never once had a solid shit the whole time i was there!

yes,i stayed at Ticlo hotel for two weeks. The hotel was ok.

It was always fun talking to the security guards at the gate.
