It's quite hard to tell what is actually your playing and what is the track you're playing over. Try using a backing track, even if it's a homemade MIDI one; this type of recording makes the two (your playing and the original one) mesh way too much and makes everything sound better and smoother. Your playing is still KILLER, no doubt. I'd just love to hear your playing by itself.
