They don't have ads anymore. There're three buttons:ON/OFF, Media Control, and Menu. They came out with about 65 more apps now. Amazing Sound and video quality. The display is on low, if you make another video turn it on high.
I also like the piecewise browser loading on the iPhone far better--if I already know the link I want, I don't have to wait for the whole page to load.
(FYI, I have a Zune 30 from about 2004. I bought it refurbished through eBay and still like it a lot, but now only have it as a backup device, secondary to my iPhone.)
The iPod touch is superior. Sorry. This doesnt even come close. There is no comparison berween the HD and the Touch. It's like...comparing Zunes to iPods. It just doesn't work.

the internet was really slow on the soon and only showed intenert in mobile sites not full page browser but the new 4.3 update the internet is really fast and now does full page browser like i said give it time updates will come but still no videos on the internet.
its all about preferences. if you are a heavy web browser and app user. the itouch is your weapon of choice.
if you are interested in high clarity of media and are interested in spending 15 bucks for a music subscription, the zune hd is your decision.

This thing looks hell cool, and it's a lot smoother to use than the iPod Touch. If this was cheaper I would definitely get one.
