@ThePerson337 thats because you were playing the gba version, the gba version is based on the easy mode of the ps1 version. if you want a real challenge play the ps1 version on normal. or play the nes version which is even harder than the ps1 version.

it was so awesome to fight Chaos at the end of the game. i played the GBA version, and i must say that the plot twist at the end was fantastic, i was absolutely amazed that such an old game could have such a cool storyline. i must say though, the final boss was a pushover, mainly because i kept getting lost and my party was lev. 99 with optimum equipment. so i fought him a second time with nothing but my Warrior :3

White mage casts NulAll on each character, then casts each of the other Nul- spells before spamming Protera and Invisira, all the while healing as needed

It's always nice to have a healer for your party. Healaga, Full-Life, and Curaja are very useful against big bosses. it's also nice to have Haste for your attackers and Giant's Gloves to use Saber on your attackers as well. Nul spells are also a good way to make their spell damage much less. Bonus dungeons are a good way to get rare items and equipment such as Megelixers

I have played GBA version. He owned almost all my team when i was 50 level... White Mage's Full-Life was only hope. When I got to Chaos in the GBA version, my main attackers were Mog (my Black Mage, who wielded the Masamune), and Umaro (my Fighter). Gogo (my Ninja) was in charge of minor buffs, and Relm (my White Mage) was in charge of healing.

Whenever you use a pronoun, the previous noun that was being spoken of is referred to as the "antecedent." The antecedent is generally--& properly--assumed to be the thing that the pronoun refers to. I know this theme is not in the original.

Also, the battle theme in FF1 sounds nothing like the FF1 battle theme in Dissidia. I can't hear even the vaguest connection.
