after about 1:53, I start to see the Zap Mama. Before that, I hear a Ghazal from Pakistan called Mahi Yar di Gharouli. But there are definitely some lyrics changes. Maybe Zap Mama did a cover of some sort?? I think it's awesome nevertheless - I love the combo. Vas-y!!!
