I noticed you weren't using the heel-toe technique usually associated with those kind of doubles, and maybe triples I thought I heard. I get the anatomy of your movements but don't know how in the hell you do it. It looks like you press down and launch your foot forward really quick to get that double in. It IS hard as hell to do, from experience of trying it myself just 5 seconds ago on my set haha. You're an amazing drummer!
