We first see Jeanne in ep 4x07-Sandblast. She and Tony are having coffee in a cafe. The 'op' (which we learn it is) as well as Tony being in a relationship is kind of hinted at prior to that I believe, not that anyone really knows about Jeanne until much later in the season.

Oh and for the record I'm in no way against Tony/Jeanne, I'm just not too keen on any of the characters having relationships outside of the office because it takes away from the core group spending time together, carrying on and working on the cases which is what I love about NCIS. If too much starts happening outside of this, then NCIS is not NCIS to me.

I don't know what I think, I just expect something bad to happen that will affect Tony deeply - she dies or she turns out to be a bad guy or she leaves Tony because she really was part of an assignment(even if his feelings have become real) and she is hurt by the lies. We'll see what happens Tuesday. :)
