I don't think they edited this. This is UAE, they don't lie about these things. My friends and I rode a roller coaster in Sega Republic INSIDE Dubai MALL and it was so exhilirating. It was short but really worth it. I can't wait to try this one....

@tegolin Hmm agree, they should have multiple zones of that crazy acceloration, deceleration...and then more acceloration over and over again, after every turn they should have high acceloration, just befor every turn they should have hard braking... then it would be more like a race car and less like a roller coaster.

this is gonna have problems for how fast that goes ,it should go up a bigger hill that just seems like it will hurt people going over that hill that fast it seems like the g's on that will cause body harm and how people will shoot up in to the restraints that would hurt a lot, it will probably be good , but watch out in the future when the news talks about this ride having problems

@sleepinggiant1119 i think they were speeding up that part of the video. Also, the hills are quite flat so the gs are probably within limits. But I agree, the ride is definitely pushing on the mechanical limits of that type of ride. And also, I have to admit I don't find the layout to be very witty.

But I think what they are building down there are things that break scale records, cost a lot of money and look like it too. I guess it succeeds in that department

That launch does not sound safe. I love Intamin, but can not believe they have opted for a cable launch with this one. With cable snaps happening at a (semi) reasonable speed, this is going to be a nightmare. I really don't think they should push technology that is already at its limit even further. It a cable snaps on this, the people in the front car are going to be in trouble, goggle or no goggles. I agree with CP1. A crash helmet would be a wiser move. Maybe even body Armour !!! (joke)
