@BeachPeach822 This video was taken about 45 minutes after he was born, so he was on my chest for a little bit and they let me bond with him before the bath. :) However-I do agree with you that hospitals should wait longer before bathing a newborn.

@banjosandwashboards, You can find out extremely early now-a-days with ultrasounds, the gender. I was only 16 weeks when I found out my newest baby that I am pregnant with is a boy and the ultrasound company told me they have a 96% accuracy rate of gender guesses as low as 14 weeks pregnant with their ultrasound machines!!!

Anyway, thanks so much for the advice- yours was the best I've had so far! Someone told me tht childbirth is exremely painful! That did not makeme feel good- but watever is feels like it is definetly worth it at the end!

@789blackberry Hi! If you get pain meds (epidural), it is not that bad. The pushing part hurts a little but it is because you can feel a lot of pressure down there as the head emerges. Honestly, though, I have had worse pain from a horrible headache or food poisoning than labor pains. Hope this info helps and congrats on your baby! I am currently 4 months pregnant with baby #2 and actually considering a home water birth with this one. :)

@789blackberry Yes it hurt like hell...girl but like they said if you get pain meds epidural and so forth you'll be fine....but if you want natural........... lol........... just put it this way..... the shit hurt so bad your tears cry tears.....i'm 7 months and i' ready for it ...i mean i have to be lol........ the good thing about it....the treasure you get at the end of the pain and when the baby pops out you feel absolutely NO pain at all...kinda weird but God made it like that!

@JMConry Hi! No, not a lot a heartburn from what I remember. I had a VERY easy pregnancy and birth with this baby with little or no bad pregnancy symptoms. I am currently pregnant with this baby's little brother or sister and it is completely different...LOTS of bad symptoms this time in pregnancy, LOL! Congrats on your pregnancy! :)
