that is actually tame. my SCHOOL bus driver used to talk and text on her cellphone while driving all the time. only rarely did she pull over to do it and when she did she'd make us late. the lady was too impatient to wait til after she dropped us off at school.

i'll never understand the justifications people use to use electronics while driving. it is as bad as drinking if not worse since you are consciously doing it.

I'm safety manager for a major transit outfit. I think it's cruel for the driver to jeopardize the safety of his many passengers and the people he shares the road with. A 40 foot bus is not a toy.

I do not think it was fair for this driver to get filmed without his knowledge and think it was very cruel for this person to do this. There should not be cameras in cell phones because people will film you and put it up on YouTube without your knowledge and that is more cruel than what this driver is doing. Just my thoughts.
