other than the first cooperative animal that follow you what do you get to finis the game? I mean the little animal changes color from time to time, but is there anything more to it? I already know he gets ore powerful and so you do, but is there anything else that i miss?

god okay i love this game, like this to me is the funnest game to play and i beat the hole game by myself, funnest campain , and funnest game to beat, play, and its 20 times better with more than one person, but i beat the game and got a lvl 99 night its like the best feeling in the world

I think they are the same. I had it for xbox also until my xbox broke.

It is pretty much the same. Only difference is that the GameCube doesn't have the Health bars for the Boss battles.

i loved this game and the first one on N64 i might try to buy this one somewhere on game cube. Except i have one question. Isnt gauntlet dark legacy an exact remake of the first one except better graphics?

There are 4 additional realms/worlds in Dark Legacy. Also more game elements, such as crystals to unlock the realms, attack combos, and blocking. There are stronger mid-stage monsters besides golems, such as Generals (can block attacks) and Gargoyles (don't need to).

Ironically enough, me and my friend beat the game, with him using a Wizard and me using a Tigress. My friend was the only one who put in the effort to get to level 99.

just keep killing the spider to level up. see, unlock that level with one character. the, have a lvl 1 with the person who unlocked the level. then, own the spider with hammers. repeat.

The easiest way to get money and fast lvl up ist just to kill the spiderqueen-thing over and over again. With the money you have to buy only triple shot, fast shot and some DMG+ item.

After buying kick that's spider-things ass!

i have a strat to lvl up fast. get to at least the plague fiend then run up to the left hand corn of his slime pool and then hammer away at him until he is dead. then grab his money buy some health and do it again

I had NO IDEA the Blue Wizard would turn into something like THAT. Damn keeping a regular character really pays off. I used the Mountain Orc as my main character and he never grew cause he wasa secret character.
