This is great, but what about those who have records that are over 15 years old and companies weed them out from the beginning by asking if you've ever been arrested or convicted?

Programs like this are good, but if you don't someone to even become a criminal they should be fearful of the act. Meaning they must be concerned that this life style could get them killed by other gangs & most importantly THE LAW ABIDING CITIZEN!

Keep up the wonderful work. But I think it woud be good idea to make a recommendation that prisons stop medicating its population. They have a very steep hill to climb after they come out if they haven't gotten off the drugs while in prison.

Don't want criminals to commit more crimes? Offer them a better alternative. Won't prevent all recidivism, but it will help a lot of it. Makes perfect sense to me. (shrug)
