The realy way to forget a person is to replace them . my aunt told me a small story from my grandmother : use another nail to help pull out the first nail. now I have no clue where the nail part comes from but i kinda understand what she means
Meh, best way to heal a broken heart in my experience has been to distract myself and talk to other people, it takes weeks to fully get over it but eventually you wake up, burn all the old photos, and say "You know what, she's not worth it" (or he) and move on.
