I'm sure they would train agents to throw (knives) with both hands :) ...though in Chuck Vs Santa Claus I think they screwed up because the bracelet was on her right wrist and she was holding the gun in her right hand (cradling the gun with her left) and in the up close they have both the grip and the bracelet reversed.
