its hard as a Jehovah Witness to live in a world where so much criticism. I also believe in ressurection. I hope to see Selena soon. She should be known not for the artist that she was but as the person she is in general

Is it true that her parents kept her from being saved after she was shot due to their religon? Also FYI I saw her perform at their restaurant when I was five years old she was 9 I believe and she brought me to tears.
I remember watching the news of her death and burial back in 1995 in Pohnpei State, Micronesia. I didn't know her back then, but some years ago I watched her life story here in the Philippines where Jennifer Lopez portrayed Selena's character.
Her story was very moving and it brought tears to my eyes. Little did I know that this young girl "Selena" was actually raised to share the same faith as I have, as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. It's a comfort to know that there will be a resurrection of the dead in the New World under God's Kingdom. Till then, R.I.P. selena.
