Your opinion is a good opinion, at least on the humanitarian side of the equation, which is essential for quality of living or HDI. However, as an elected representative, you need to be familiar with a wide range of issues, not just humanitarian issues. You need someone who acts in the best interest of his/her country and citizens. Fundamental changes are necessary but if we move too fast, the society will explode.
