I had some trouble with this level, it was like a maze until figured it all out.

i love the vid but i'd probably understand it more if i knew how to get on the merkaba. do you have to collect those federal reports?

nope, but you can collect all the federal reports(8 total) to get decoder7 to open segment 7. Merkabah...you just have to get there.
