No, this show came out long after Dragonball. Dragonball came out in Japan in 1982. Dragonball came here in the 90's so either way, dragonball came out before Shinzo.

Used to fucking love this show man. I was like 6 when it came out and used to watch it with my little cousin, he was like 3 or 4. Im Mad this show didnt out last 2000. I barely remembered it the name of the show just popped in my head 2day and i had 2 see it. Bring back great memories of 2000.
