@batmankid45 No. You don't need a credit card you need a bank account. This could be a credit card or debit. I do know there are other ways to become verified on PayPal as well though. There is some sort of gift card you can get as well. Or there are websites were you buy a temperarary "credit card" to just link to your paypal to become verified. Try looking it up, I'm not exactly sure.
I do know in some countrys though you don't need anything linked to your paypal.
