@wrestlingGOD485 Mine too. Some people call that the Barsagar. Josh Koscheck does it all the time in the UFC. The pull that leg to the putside and he just drives and flares it to a double by blocking that knee. Beatiful takedown.

Wrestle smart, not hard. Single-leg takedowns don't require lots of strength, especially leg hooks. It was my favorite takedown because it left me lots of energy for anyone who could bulldog on defense. Thanks for the vid!
