@LauritsTVchannel It was hard as balls when we did it, since WotLK had only been out for like 2 weeks tops. We probably still had the occasional piece of t6 on or whatever was the fashion back in BC. Not kidding, we spent about 2 hours on this trying to perfect it. Full out flasks and pots and everything.

You're right there.

We did this about a week or two after wrath came out in terrible gear (some of it was still high end BC raid gear). It took us about an hour and a half. We were using flasks and Free Action Potions and Heroism/Bloodlust every attemptand we also stacked the group as best we could.

I had to use my OLD MECHANIC Divine Hymn to CC everything around me too, which bought us about 35 seconds in total before shit hit the fan.

And people have the nerve to criticize about difficulty.

e just used a ''nuke'' way xd first we pulled the 3 watchers 1 by one and kill the little adds then we pulled boss and nuked it down the 3 watchers are still alive only 6 less mobs to care about :P

way we did it was with druid tank.. we pulled like normal killed the 2 adds (leaving the watchers) moved to next did same then the next 1.. the druid tanked 3 watchers n 2nd tank took boss.. had pally healer healed both tanks

I've tanked this before was really easy I took off all my gear and put it back on so I had low health had our druid healer HoT me up and when I pulled boss HoTs ticked changing aggro to the healer who went cat form and sprinted all the way back while I just too the hits

well, we had one dps drink a speed pot and aggro the 3 watchers... he took them to the dungeon entrance to give us time to deal with the boss... it gave us enough time for when the watchers were back we had already killed the boss =P... and after that we died too lol

Hahaha close. It's Divine HYMN and Guardian Spirit. It's okay though, even I get confused with all the different spells that use the words Divine, Spirit, Hymn and Guardian.

divine guardian is the paladin talent which reduces group damage taken by 30% when the paladin activates divine shield

Just did it with friends:

Tacts: Me (lock) put a demonic circle teleport behind the curve, raised Voidwalker and sent him to left grp, casted 2 instants on leaders of middle and right grp, sacrificed void and run back. at the curve I used teleport and run up. I had 40 yards ahead of them. meanwhile, rest of grp: warr tank, shammy healer, demo lock and frost mage did their job:

Bloodlust+last stand+shieldwall+mirror images+metamorphosis+all cd's and I managed to go outside-inside and DONE! :) GL

We had a pally tank (myself), 1 ret pally, 1 hunter, 1 warlock, and a druid healer. We had the ret pally stay at the beginning of the instance and had the hunter MD all adds to him while he spams healing when they got to him he bubbled let them come down then took it off so we killed the boss in the time it took the adds to pat =D

when we done it we used 2 tanks 1pally blowing 2.3k on single target and a DK that was engineer 1 feral druid DPS and a BM Hunter for for synergy I was healing as a resto druid. we had the DK aggro all the 9 with the help of hunter's misdirected multishot and traps and kite then to the entrance, pop army of the dead for a few more seconds of survival then when he finally died, so did the boss without any trouble.

Ghe "trick" for this is simply just to hug wall to the right, and get on the rocks.

Normal setup, 1tank, 1healer (NE would be nice) and rest dps. Everyone jumps down EXCEPT the healer.

The tank charges the boss, NO AOE, and when the healer starts healing he will get aggro. Whenever the mobs then uses 10-15sec to get to you, you shadowmeld OR go down from the edge, which gives you 5-10sec more to heal the tank. if your DPS is well geared, they would have killed the boss.

0g repair bill.

As a little help for all of u trying to get this achievement: bring 2 tanks for it, have one of the tanks (preferably a DK cus of increased running speed & army of the dead) have the DK pulling all the 3 sets of watchers and mobs. have him stick a death & decay down to make sure he grabs all of em. kite them all the way back up to the entrance of the instance with all your CD's popped and then use your army. there should be enough time for ur group to kill him before they come back down ;)

So far our best tactic for it, is to have tank pull 3 watchers and kite them to entrance while group nukes down the boss (ret pala was semi-tanking him) and only tank died from adds, pretty easy :)

I watched another video for this achievement. The group in the other video walked in to the room & hugged the right wall all the way around to the boss, then pulled him next to the dorrway & was able to kill him without pulling the 3 watcher groups until the very end. Looks like an easier way to get this achievement, but this way looks really fun too so i'll try it at some point.

I tried it, doesn't work as far as I can tell.

I went around behind and pulled. I went in the water and pulled. As far as I could tell there were no "tricks" to that achievement like most others... so that was our eventual strategy after testing what we could and couldn't do.

Yeah, I also tried it afew times. then watched the video again afew more. The watcher groups are blocked for most of it, so you can't really see how they handled it., but one of the replies they made said "we played yoyo with the adds"

As far as i know undead are immune to fear, so it'd be interesting to know how they managed this considering the group makeup they had.

We did the same thing you did, zerged boss down, one of the DKs left the ghoul by the healer and had a macro to break web wrap should he have gotten it, and we all had our PvP trinkets on for the "Blinding webs" as well, I still died when the boss had 10% health due to bad web wrap timing on our healer (I was the tank), but we still managed to barely zerg him down :)

You'll notice I pop a free action potion about 32 seconds into the fight... I left it longer than I should have, but I got away with it.

We ALL used those potions, cos we got sick of being webbed constantly... it was basically insta wipe when they did.

The achievement is to kill the boss while all 3 watchers are still alive. This is pretty difficult since the watchers constantly web wrap people (making them unable to do any action until the web on them is broken), and one of the watchers does a 5 second disorient on the entire group
