@lolabirdlola It pretty much just takes practice and over time you get a little stronger every day...
That makes my shoulders hurt! :) Wish I could do that without falling flat on my face :)

@paunobs start with just lifting lighter weight barbells overhead, it took me a long time to be able to push up my own body weight...
