@Iskate2metal well actually, the luck is really only for things such as hitting a 340 or a 350, the equation used to determine a hit actually really depends on your statistics, (i.e. 90 attack will have about a 90% hit accuracy, but then you take into account the weapon, style of attack, and defence bonuses/prayer bonuses of your opponent). this is a very common misconception in the runescape community, and if we applied the idea of "pure luck: to the system, then there would be no reason to lvl
