@ffdgh1 There is no final lap! The course is in one twisty continous line, no lapping, split into three segments. The music on the last one is just the ordinary music sped up.

@theultimatekoopa2 I know! THe point is that if you listen to this, the N64 and the GCN it will sound almost exactly like the Double Dash remix. and the Double Dash version isn't an exact remix. There are TONS of different sounds and notes. Actually the only thonk that N64 version has in common with the GCN version is exactly the solo which is in this rainbow road too.

@TheBlackknight720 How is the Double Dash any less of a remix than this? Neither of them are EXACTLY the same. It's only part of the tune that's in all 3. The first part of N64 Rainbow Road is not in GCN or MK7, only the second part of the melody is.

It's just like the double dash version, but higher pitch. I mean compare the solo at 0:55 onward with MKDD's Rainbow Road and then you'll se that it's EXACTLY the same (except it might be a higher/lower pitch :)
