@MrMotocross675 I know, it's a shame, after everything the human race has gone through, tried and tested we are the result. you think we'd of turned out better. :/
This is the type of song you come up with after getting yourself tuckered out with power chords and now your just lying on your back with your guitar about to fall asleep
I just keep leaving comments. There's not enough to say about this song. It has more meaning to life than Dust In The Wind and it doesn't even have any vocals in it.
Kurt was as enigmatic as anyone has ever been,. As a painter, his music and lyrics are not unlike any 2D or 3D art.
The creator puts into it what he needs to and leaves his soul open for our interpretation.
He had such a beautifully rough, expressive voice. He could have sung anything. I don't think he voluntarily took a lethal dose of heroin and then managed shoot himself in the head with a shotgun. I think SHE was involved..
May the afterlife, if it exists, treat you well Kurt.
The effect is called Pulse Echo. It is done with a Processor. Not a normal foot pedal. As for the Tab. I have not found one as of yet and i hope someone gets on it as far as creating one goes. I can say by the sound of the song that Minor chords seem to be the key as well as understanding the Octives in the Bottum strings is a must. I will continue to look. But what gets me. Is when you hear this song. It kinda makes me tear up.. Thinking of all the Kurt moments.. We will miss you Kurt.
This song is so deep, even though theres no lyrics it says so much. It makes me think about my life, too.
The movie is the best ive ever seen. Some words from kurt in the movie reminds me of my life and other makes me just think like "kurt was not a good. He was the best fucking grunge rocker in the world and where ever he is he's in fucking nirvana"
If anyone has not seen this interview/film it is a MUST for any kurt/nirvana fan. I think it is actually the best documentation besides Mike's book "Come as you are"
This song just blows my mind, evertime i listen to it ,it makes me think about my life and someday it will be so great and that everything will be full of happieness some day.
go to the search box and type in either Kurt Cobain: About a Son, or just type in steve fisk and ben gibbard, orr just type in Overture. That's what i did.
to add another comment, this song is basically why I listen to music, and why music is the most important thing in my life. There is alot of crap in terms of music, but all of that is worth it for the gems like this song. A song without words, but with more meaning and feeling, and emotion to it, than many long winded lyrical songs
I pretty much agree with all the comments before. When I first heard this, it shocked me. it basically knocked the wind out of me. Its so powerful, and all the more stunning is the lack of vocals, and how vocals arent needed. The song conveys and relays everything about that period in time: kurt's life, his death, our generation, how we all felt.
I agree with imsada, this is unbelievably haunting.
First of all I'm going to download this. Then I will look up tabs to learn this and hope my godamn parents will get me an electric guitar for xmas.

I wish I could of met Kurt. I was born in the mostly meaningless songs, rude, disrespectful, horrible generation of today.
