Bro...u really don`t understand what crossfit is!! Overtraining..well may be...injuries?? There is no better injury prevention than crossfit believe me. As long as u do all the things with a good form!!
Its really rare for crossfitters to overtrain tbh, and injuries do happen yea but no more then in anything other sport or activity.

I think the only real risk of over training is if you did this level of intensity everyday.

Their workouts are hard, no doubt, but I have a feeling Crossfit participants have the most injuries and cases of over-training.
