This song makes me think about when I was growing up and Christmas was magical and I was a little girl getting into my pjs and putting up the tree with my Parents when everything was happy at home I simply love Dolly Pardon & Kenny Rodgers !

@newfiecarolyn9 love this song it brings be back to al the fun i had as a child i st johns new foundland and kelligrews my most favorite times whne life was full of all my family my best years thinking back to all the fun i had asa child with my nan and pop kendrick and my nan and pop howell going to all my aunts houses with presents and going to all my cosins houses how i miss my family my cosins and aunts and uncles and family is precious to me most of them and gone now wonderfull

@newfiecarolyn9 Ahh the good ol' times :-) I have many memories also of all the Holidays when I was younger. It just isn't like it used to be anymore which is sad. A lot of my family is gone now also and all we can do is hold onto those memories we have and charish them :-) We had a silver christmas tree also with one of those colored wheels which would spin with four colors and the tree would change to each of those colors. When I was younger it was fasinating to watch.. Thanks for your comment
