He started to put little ideas in Dawn's head. of course there were other little problems lke aubrey's behavior but Que did it in. he was so much of a problem that he eventually got kicked out of Day 26. if Dawn breaks up with Que then maybe there can be a DK reunion. IMO.
i think they broke up because there sum kinda conflicts between ppl in tha group cuz aubrey and d.woods were close and dawn and aundrea were close and shannon was like the oldest of them all so she wasnt really close with a certain person she was close with all of them

Damn I really wish they would have stayed together, it's such a damn shame. I loved their performances and they had great stage chemistry. Shannon was such a sweet girl too and always an extremely consistent and clean dancer. Look at how she just throws her body forward at like 1:53.
Dawn was already working for Dirty Money months before the break-up. Aubrey knew it and called them out about it. Diddy didn't like that so he fired her and D.Woods & Shannon & Aundrea stuck up for her except Dawn ( cuz obviously she already knew and didn't care ) and he fired D., and then Shannon wouldn't come back cuz. 1. she realized Dawn is an Asshole. 2. Well they broke up in maybe the last week of September and it was aried the following week. Editorial and filming only takes up to 2 days if you're just filming one episode (depending on the various settings) maybe a week to get the full episode done. This performance was on September 30th i believe, which means they either broke up a week later, or a couple of days later or they still had obligations to finish as a group, they weren't officially released until January so yeah
Okay here's what happened. Dawn was working with diddy for dirty money even when she was in DK. Aubrey and D Woods knew what was going on and didn't like it so Diddy fired them. Shannon didn't know what to believe because she thought dawn was her friend. She got sick of the drama and decided to not show up for the next season. Aundrea sticked with diddy and dawn until they didn't need her anymore for the show. So they fired her at the end of the season. There's your explanation. DONE
u can tell that dawn and aubrey were close in this video but then dawn started to diss aubrey and critisize her thats when things went sour between them and i think dwoods just didn't have time for any of them except aubrey

It almost been 1 year since DK broke up and nobody still knows what happen. Until somebody say they weren't faithful in DK we as fans will NEVER know. Even though Shannon and Aundrea's vocals were a bit off at times (seems like Shannon could never get the intro quite right), they definitely all brought it with the dancing...even Aubrey looked a bit like her old self. Kinda ironic that their last performance was one of their strongest.
Shannon is probably my fave in several aspects, but she never sings on key for this song's intro. Her voice's low register doesn't reach the notes in time.

Yes, they did have contractual obligations and also, if they would have revealed the split when it happened, it would've caused trouble for the show. They were actually kicked out on the 12th of Sept., the same day as Baby Phat's 10th anniversary fashion show. Aubrey attended wearing the same dress she had on the show when she was kicked out.

You're right. BUT, D was still resistant to them getting back together. On the finale, she was making a big long drawn out speech about wether or not they could get back together and about starting new chapters in life and Sway was just like "Just Say No! Shannon?" Even he could tell that D wasn't into the group getting back together and Aubrey was the same. I would STILL love to see all five of them on stage again.
She did, but nobody is willing to own up and say, well yes we all had a part in it including me. The only one who owned up to it and was honest was Dawn (In My Opinion). Damn I really wish they would have stayed together, it's such a damn shame. I loved their performances and they had great stage chemistry. Shannon was such a sweet girl too and always an extremely consistent and clean dancer. Look at how she just throws her body forward at like 1:53.

Dawn was already working for Dirty Money months before the break-up. Aubrey knew it and called them out about it. Diddy didn't like that so he fired her and D.Woods & Shannon & Aundrea stuck up for her except Dawn ( cuz obviously she already knew and didn't care ) and he fired D., and then Shannon wouldn't come back cuz. 1. she realized Dawn is an Asshole. 2. She would only come back if all 5 members were back. and present time. All of the girls don't talk to Dawn. and they all hate her.

actually d.woods said in an interview that the meeting that they had with Diddy (the breakup) actually happened two months before it actually aired on MTV. but the contracts didnt expire til Oct 1. 2008.

I've always been a DK fan.. and a huge supporter of Dawn and I truly think that Dawn knew Aubrey was going to be kicked out but I didnt think she knew it would esculate to the other members leaving.. this is a business and dawn treated it as such.. she seized a opportunity and big ups to her.. the others except for shannon were doing outside things as well.. LOve this video I think that the fans are the ones that Diddy hurt all he cares about was his new band, I am sure that Dawn knew what was up, she really hurt Andrea I felt so sorry for her she has an amazing voice, Aubrey and D.Woods knew what Diddy was doing he uses people for money then throws then away. KARMA will one day knock him off his pedistal hopefully soon. Aubrey told us exactly what was gong on at the finale that he was moving on with Dawn and ditching everyone else. All came true.

Well they broke up in maybe the last week of September and it was aried the following week. Editorial and filming only takes up to 2 days if you're just filming one episode (depending on the various settings) maybe a week to get the full episode done. This performance was on September 30th i believe, which means they either broke up a week later, or a couple of days later or they still had obligations to finish as a group, they weren't officially released until January so yeah

Okay here's what happened. Dawn was working with diddy for dirty money even when she was in DK. Aubrey and D Woods knew what was going on and didn't like it so Diddy fired them. Shannon didn't know what to believe because she thought dawn was her friend. She got sick of the drama and decided to not show up for the next season. Aundrea sticked with diddy and dawn until they didn't need her anymore for the show. So they fired her at the end of the season. There's your explanation. DONE

well it has been said that people can tell when something wrong is about to happen. Maybe they knew this was probably their last time performing together and they put on one hell of a performance. i don't know what to say about Dawn, it seems like she was already in Dirty Money before the group brok eup since she was working with Diddy on that album. you gys shouldn't say aundrea was only in it for herself because she always reached out to shannon to try to get her back. dawn didn't really help

It almost been 1 year since DK broke up and nobody still knows what happen. Until somebody say they weren't faithful in DK we as fans will NEVER know. All we are doing is making up things and the first thing a person type is " I think" because they don't know... Lets remember the positive things about DK, not the negativity of the breakup.

i think Aundrea and Aubrey were starting to rekindle theit friendship because Aubrey and Aundrea said they did talk all that morning (the day Diddy fired her) and they had chemistry in this performance as well. Aubrey said on her twitter she talks to all of them (but they dont really talk to Dawn). i would love to see at least Aundrea, Shannon, Aubrey and D.woods reunite one day.

To make myself clear to all DK fans.....Shannon, D.Woods, and Aubrey were the only ones truely down for DK, and Aundrea soon came to realize that Dawn was fucked up. Dawn lied to ALL of us, remeber how she said that she did everything in her power to save DK, than why didn't she and Drea leave with Shannon when Aubs and D. got fired. 2. Why didn't Dawn leave wit Drea when she got fired, DK could have started with a new label, like a blink of an eye, but Dawn was in it for herself...it's a shame

Me to, he used them to support his own name, and as soon as DK became the largest selling artist on his label ever, he takes it away from them and says fuck you one by one, til Dawn's doppy eyed ass was left and in the end didn't keep her on the label, and what really pissed me off is when he kicked Aubs and D out and only Shannon tried to defend them and the other two asshole, wouldn't leave with the other 3, I mean DK could have still went on, but Aundrea and Dawn wanted to continue w/o them!!

Cuz think about it, Dawn all this time was lying to us, how she said all these time to us that she did everything she could do to pull DK back, but if she was so for DK rather than herself then why didn't she do two things, 1. Why didn't she and drea leave the show and badboy, just like Shannon did( also the fact that shannon was the only 1 to try and defend Aub and D, 2. Even though Shannon and Aundrea's vocals were a bit off at times (seems like Shannon could never get the intro quite right), they definitely all brought it with the dancing...even Aubrey looked a bit like her old self. Kinda ironic that their last performance was one of their strongest.

this event was the 24th of sept. there was a reports of diddy kicking aubrey and d. woods out i believe the 15th of sept. they still had contractual obligations to perform even after they were broken up.

Yes, they did have contractual obligations and also, if they would have revealed the split when it happened, it would've caused trouble for the show. They were actually kicked out on the 12th of Sept., the same day as Baby Phat's 10th anniversary fashion show. Aubrey attended wearing the same dress she had on the show when she was kicked out.

You're right. BUT, D was still resistant to them getting back together. On the finale, she was making a big long drawn out speech about wether or not they could get back together and about starting new chapters in life and Sway was just like "Just Say No! Shannon?" Even he could tell that D wasn't into the group getting back together and Aubrey was the same. I would STILL love to see all five of them on stage again.

She did, but nobody is willing to own up and say, well yes we all had a part in it including me. The only one who owned up to it and was honest was Dawn (In My Opinion). She told the 100% truth from the first time Puff asked them what was wrong. Business wasn't in order, so personal things starting getting out of whack. Then everybody started doing their own things which made matters worse. I don't think that any one person ruined this group. I think that they were on a ticking time bomb....

100% Agreed! I lik-ED all five of them but I was so hoping that they'd get back together, when Aubrey made that slick azz comment I wanted Dawn to deck her azz right then!!!!! If they get back together they have alot of growing up to do (Not Really On Shannon and Dawn's behalf.... OR AUNDREA's) They are so sick and they'd blow any other girl group out of the water but they let little ish get between them.
