Some people might think this is pointless research(which I think it is), but I had to watch these videos for my Bio class to study the behaviors of different lizards and then determine their phylogenetic relationship. The video also demonstrates something called observational learning in psychology. Perhaps this could serve as a model for research animal psychologists.
Like sometimes a lizard comes to another lizard's crib and starts talkin' smack, so the one lizard has to take the other lizard out back and pop him with a gat. Then the lizards wife comes out screamin' her fool lizard head off and so the lizard shoots her to. Now the lizards got two bodies and can't find his lizard shovel to bury them, so he gets some L-1 Lizard Sauce from the fridge and has to eat the other lizard bodies before the lizard poh-poh get there.
Animals aren't in any better safety situation even if they avoided physical confrontation, because they are part of the food chain. It's hard to keep safe when a big monster tries to cobble you up every day.
This video was so interesting.

Sometimes I wonder if we're researching too many pointless things.

but it's all good since researching pointless things may lead to an awesome accidental discovery

This is very interesting, I've always wondered the significance of some gestures that animals preform.
I dislike making this connection but I can't help to think of generic ruffians whom are nothing but talk.
I would actually prefer it if they adopted qualities of the Lizard.
(IE: Not being audibly obtrusive.)
