So far Sasuke has only shown his complete Susanoo and that alone wont be enough to take down Naruto. But if we're going by hype then Sasuke should be somewhere close to Naruto's level, we just need to see what else Sasuke can do to determine a more accurate reading of his level. Naruto has set the bar very high, he's a beast at the moment :/

The song's name is Kokuten and I don't think its Sasuke's song, they just use it in a lot of battles. Depending on the situation of the battle this song can make the viewer more focused and so that they can enjoy the battles more. I forgot in which battles I heard this but it is not only Sasuke's :)

@SuperAwsome133 You can't really compare the sharingan to the kyuubi. The sharingan is a bloodline trait and it apart of the clan, like the byakugan. One is natural, but the kyuubi power is not natural at all. Its more like artificial power. You can seperate naruto from the kyuubi but you can't really seperate sasuke from the sharingan and even if you could, sasuke would still be better.
