How to build rapport with your clients

Rapport is good but I wouldn't over do it you start to pick up others crap I use it like a recipe like backing a cake don't put to much suger because no line will like it

I like the way you define rapport and demonstrate how it is only found between friends. That's a good model to use when approaching customers. Treat them like friends.
