Great video, really good quality. Nice landing from VS as always, I did this flight 4 years ago I enjoyed it alot! Btw it's VS007 not VS006 which is the return from Miami to Heathrow; Heathrow to LAX is VS007. It's nit-picking but I though I'd let you know :)

can you tell me why the flaps came up late on this particular landing?

The flaps are on from the beggining of the video. I think u are making some kind of confunsing with flaps and the spoiler (the parts of the wing that raise up right after landing)
