nice goat. i have a 70 GTO, triple black, 400, 4-speed with Flowmasters too. Mine doesn't have as wicked of a cam as yours (it's stock), but you still gotta love that American muscle rumble! Check it out sometime

Really depends on how much work you want or are able to put in it. I bought this car with the trans needing rebuild. The motor was all apart, bare block, intake heads, etc. I guess another factor is how much you have to spend. Always look on craigslist in the southwest US. AZ, CA, NM, NV etc.....
