  • @IThardcore Really appreciate your comment, glad that this video helped. Such a simple solution to what seems like a huge problem.

  • Thanks i liked your video :)

  • Cool man. Im going to try this right now as it just started to leak water. I have to wait a week for a repairman so got nothing to lose.

  • @BuRnTmAsH Turns out the idiots who installed this messed up. The pipe runs through the wall and is so tight I cannot tilt the air con up to get to the pipe. I am going to try vacumn it from outside and hope it works.

  • but mine is a bit different.....the drain pipe was extremely tight....and couldn't get it out......the hose on the right isnt connected to the drain pipe an it goes down through a pipe.....donno if my explaination is clear...need help here...

  • Thanks for the simple yet concise instructions, saved me money!

  • thanks, this was a big help. From someone who understands what it is to live like in a hot climate

  • hey... so you wld know. this guide kind of helped us to some extent today. (saved one of our 10 bed dorm... for at least another night!). very thankful for that. =p

we didn't manage to reach to the pipe as ours is a different model and it's not as friendly as the daikin you guys have. but the least it gave us an idea and we were able to clear out most of the water contained in the inner parts of the unit. phew!

  • It's working! but the pipe was wrapped tightly so I found that it's kinda difficult to unwrapped it, and it depends on what type of aircon too to be able to open it, because I found mine was really hard to open lol, but overall it is working, thanks a lot! and oh, we can't use portable vacuum, we need a vacuum that sounds like a Ferrari lol

  • @goodsinister Congrats! Glad to hear that you were able to use some of this video to DIY fix your own aircon unit. Thanks for the comment and support.

  • I'm going to try this, and I'll post back if I succeeded! hope it helps!

  • @goodsinister How did it go?
