I don't often agree with Oxman...but he has this one correct. Innvoluntary manslaughter is a slap on the wrist. What an insult. Michael Jackson deserves to have been treated better than this.

Perhaps the Jackson family's new cause, (not MJ3's but some of the siblings), can start a campaign to bring light to the world about prescription drug use. Their appearances would be very POWERFUL & might start true change that would include regulatory change.
They have the microphones & the world will listen if done properly.

it took the life of the most loved and spectacular man ever to grace the planet (besides Jesus).

I believe that there is more going on that is being swept under the rug. I'm not a believer in the sense that he HOAXED his death as I agree, I'd never believe he would do this to his family at all. Although I've watched tons of videos that have interesting details surrounding his death. but no proof he is alive. but looking at the coverups involved, the dr is questionable.
I dont think it was as innocent as this dr is saying. Someone is covering up all these lies big time.

Oh ok. Coverup surrounding his death is different than MJ hoaxing his death. I don't believe that Murray was part of a *plot* to kill MJ, however I am paying close attention to connections around his Estate.
There have been some very strong egos in this investigation between law enforcement. LV & LA, now LAPD & LA DA ofc.They should all check it at the door. I do believe that LAPD has done a thorough job in investigation. I still wish it was Murder 2. Hope they up the charges at trial.

@Christine9906...You have to remember that Michael Jackson himself was in full knowledge and agreement with the usage of these drugs and it's risks. I agree that Murray should have been resistant to MJ in taking part in administering these drugs because he's a doctor and should have known better..So it goes both ways and therefore, an involuntary manslaughter charge is appropriate in this matter.

The charge should be 2nd degree murder. They knew that MJ was a drug user so there was prior knowledge. Why is it that everyone gets away with it. They owe it to Michael. I know it does not bring him back but that Doctor Murray is something else.
