Too bad he had a breakdown and moved away from the OK Computer direction, Kid A was one of the forks in the road, one can only think about what Radiohead would become if they continued to evolve their "The Bends" sound which culminated in OK Computer, maybe they would be bigger and better, maybe they would fall in obscurity, who knows? I for one kind of feel sad for the music we never got because Thom decided to drop the guitar and pick up the computer (ironically).

Paranoid Android is a great song in its entirety, but I have to say the last part of the song where Thom is singing "Rain down" is one of the greatest moments in all of music history. It is so haunting and it gives me goosebumps just thinking about it. *shudders*

It annoys me when people say they don't like a particular genre of music. Within nearly all genres of music there is good and bad and to dismiss one of them is prejudice. It seems that judgement is all to do with what's "cool" rather than what's good or bad.
