  • beautiful! any idea of pricing for the U.S. yet?

  • No, according to LSA rules aircraft has to be with fixed gear - so in USA retractable gear means to be in Experimental category.

100HP Rotax 912S is standard for this plane. We tried to calculate performances with more powerful engines too, but there is 222km/hour LSA limit of max horizontal speed - which Shark reach with 100HP and fixed gears without problem ( we will need "to brake" it )

With ligth turboprops it has calculated speed 400-500 km/hours = little bit outside of LSA limits .

  • great airplane. is a LSA version with retractable gear avaible? I heard that you use the Rotax 912. Are there other engines too?

  • thanks...how long do you expect fora kit to be copleted? or is it only going to be available as a lsa?

  • Some of first planes will be sold as a kit, but it will take some months to prepare final assembly manual. Aircraft is designed according to Czech and Germany UL requirements with retractable gear and according to LSA for 600kg MTOW. Only difference for LSA is fixed gear. We schedule first USA planes will have the same wing - what will limit stall speed without flaps, so MTOW has to be reduced for some value limited during test flights. Bigger wing LSA version will be available next year.

  • when is this airplane going to be availabe?

  • aircraft is in final assembly , will be flying I hope during March , and introduced at AERO Friedrichshafen 2-4th April
