@jkranites No. Once you establish possession with the ball and both feet on the ground (which is the position he was in when he landed with the rebound), you MUST dribble the ball before taking more than one step (and not moving your pivot). In this case, he lept in the air (both feet off the ground) and then even took another step (left foot forward to throw the ball). It's a travel all day everyday - but it doesn't get called in the NBA anymore unless you take like 4 or 5 steps.

he lead with his right foot first- this established his pivot, being his right foot
