You run so many miles, and .. hang on ... let me get the words right. We were designed to eat raw. Agreed. Obvious. We are designed to spend our days walking from tree to tree or plant to plant, kind of grazing but mainly stretching to the high branches or crouching to get at the low stuff. Occasionally we'd do the odd sprint to get out of the way of predators. But, we're not designed to run 45 miles, or even a few miles, all at once. Surely? No wonder your leg gave out!
I've been on a raw food vegan diet for 12 years and run daily. Still run 6 minute miles - I'm 54.

Hey Andrew, this is Dana. I might have the same problem because when I am on the 11th mile of running my right ankle and knee gives out on me.
