the only thing that makes me cautious buying this juicer is all these grinding PLASTIC parts that will inevitably contaminate your juice.

You might as well use Teflon and boil water in plastic.

You should do some research before making statements like that. People have owned these machines for many years without issues based on many product reviews that i've seen. They are obviously designed not to contaminate food.

Yes and yes. All the juice i make kicks ass. I just made Pineapple and Ginger Carrot and it was ridiculously good, and it was cheap. I seek out cheap fruitstands to make juice. I got Pineapples for $1.50 each which yields a LOT of juice.
