Well this is just his own style, man.

He's waving and tracing at the same time. Waving is when you make your body ripple and you create 'waves' passing through your arms, body, and legs. Tracing is when you have one hand follow that wave as it moves through you. So like, you might start a wave at your fingertips and at the same time the palm of your other hand is following that wave from your fingertips up your arm and then around the back of your head and down your chest or maybe down the other arm, or a leg, or whatever you want.
