  • can you use netflix on it??

  • Difference between BDP-S270 and BDP-S370??

  • Heard lots of good reviews and your video just convinced me this is the model I need to find, cheers dude.

  • Well, now it is the SONY BDP-S480 that its hot, they sells region free S480 and S380 at Bluraymods. Suggest that the S480 or a S380 is considered instead.

  • @sergeant64 - be wary of the newer models, sony didnt pay for the DIVX rights, so the BDP-S380 & other newer models dont play divx, but the older BDP-S370 does.

  • just bought this, can it play youtube videos in 1080p?

  • i bought this new for $90, is that a good price

  • It doesn't play the files it's suppose to when I try to load files onto my USB drive.

  • do sony releases an all region model for bluray???

  • Yes but what is like playing bluray movies?

  • On netflix. you can't browse genre and movies categories just like the ps3, nintendo wii does..

  • does it play HD youtube? or low quality like in the PS3??

  • Is iPlayer only for folk in UK?

  • so to use the iplayer and lovefilm etc, i need the wifi dongle? or is that already built in?

  • @bobseat5 you do need a dongle about £50

  • A front USB port is hand for USB sticks. otherwise it looks ugly having a cable coming out. Also if you have kids they'll pull out any cable or USB stick you have in there.. Which is a real pain. I've been looking for one with a rear USB for ages.

  • can anyone give me a link to a wifi dongle that would work with this blu ray player ?

  • You sound like your from the UK, i'm from Australia so we're both in Region B/2 for Blu Rays, so I was curious if this player is multi-regional. I've seen it advertised on some website's as multi-regional, but these were US models. I know it's DVD region free, so I was wondering if you had tried Blu Rays from other regions. Thanks in advance and great video.

  • i got mine on sale for $100 at hhgreg it was a real steal. I also got a high speed hdmi cable for $3 at newegg.com. thats right $3 not $30 or more at best buy or other retailers..

  • lattlay not sure weather to get that model or the 570 just a quick question when the player is on standbye is there a clock on the front display like on dvd recorder us i keep mine on all the time and useit us a clock us well.

  • Can it play my R1 DVD's ?

  • how much is the wifi dongle?

  • USB for ipods mate :)

  • can it be made multi regional

  • does this blu ray player come with a hdmi cable or do i have to buy that seperate ? and does any wireless dongle work with a blu ray player ? cheers

  • @JackBrocky We got this player free with a Sony Bravia we bought. We had to buy the cable separatly.

  • aa yaa ayrish aye?
