Oh hey! Have you thought about - Supreme Panic Magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my sister after many years Got rid the panic problem with it.
Hi! Have you tried anxiety zero technique (It is at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy pretty much cured worries with it.
Thanks for this video...I struggled with panic attacks for most of my adult life. For me...therapy and research helped to understand what was going on and develop techniques to calm myself. Eventually, Paxil completely eliminated them.
@faithie Glad to know that you found a way to deal with your panic attacks. They are surprisingly common. In most cases, when medication such as Paxil is used, the best results are obtained when therapy is also part of treatment.
Love your vlogs! As an interpreter, it is always great to see topics signed by Deaf adults who know that subject well. One question, right about 0:15 or 0:16, there is a sign I am not familiar with. Perhaps "freak out"? Can you let me know? Thanks
How ever didnt mentioned the PTSD nor the smell too can cause or trigger panic attack. I know a former Deaf friend who are like that. Shares us w/ those kind of predicament.
