according to movie's webside (ending with dot net), complete digital files of this movie are, from what I have read, to be by the end of next year. at least.... that's what I read.

The subtitles aren't random, they're in the other parts of this particular upload, too. If I were to hazard a guess I'd say they're Japanese. No idea why they're there though.
