Yes she was more healthy then, but if you overlook the drugs and tattoos, i think she's come a long way. Winehouse has really come a long way from then. Her voice has aged well, despite the drugs, it has become much more rich and sophistocated. Also, her experiences have come a long way in shaping her music now. It's much more personal. So yes, drugs are bad for you, and they've made her look a mess, but the sound is there, and I wish more people could recognize that.
