BTW: Watch some Robert Menard "freeman on the land" videos here on how to legally prevent them from arresting you. He's canadian but the laws are virtually identical in the UK I hear. Habeas Corpus is in the Magna carta. The right not to be unlawfully detained is a laymans quick interpretation (i.e. mine) ;).
